On the verge of the 8^th Ministerial Conference of the Heart of Asia – Istanbul Process (HoA-IP) that is going to be held on 9^th December this year in Istanbul, Turkey; the Directorate General for Regional Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan held an Ambassadorial Meeting of the Process which was co-chaired by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Mr. Mirwais Nab and the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Kabul, Mr. Oğuhzan Ertuğrul.

The co-chairs with the presence of the ambassadors and representatives of the Participating and Supporting Countries and the Regional and International Organizations, discussed about the arrangements of the 8^th Ministerial Conference and the text of the Declaration of the Ministerial Conference.
