DECLARATIONS
The Declaration on "Regional Security and Cooperation for a Secure and Stable Afghanistan" was adopted in Istanbul, Turkey on November 2nd, 2011 at the Istanbul Conference on Afghanistan. The declaration was adopted by Afghanistan, China, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyzstan Republic, Pakistan, the Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and the United Arab Emirates.

The 2nd Heart of Asia – Istanbul Process Ministerial Conference was held in Kabul, Afghanistan on 14th June, 2012. The conference was inaugurated by H.E. Hamid Karzai, President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, co-chaired by H.E. Dr. Zalmai Rassoul , Minister of Foreign Affairs of The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and H.E. Ahmet Davutoglu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.

The 3rd Heart of Asia - Istanbul Process Ministerial Conference was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 26th April, 2013. The conference was co-chaired by H.E. Erlan Idrissoy, Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and H.E. Zalmai Rassoul, Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

The 4th Heart of Asia - Istanbul Process Ministerial Conference was held in Beijing, China on 31st October 2014. The conference was co-chaired by H.E. Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, and H.E. Zarar Ahmad Osmani, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

The 5th Heart of Asia - Istanbul Process Ministerial Conference was held in Islamabad, Pakistan on 9th December, 2015. The conference was co-chaired by H.E. Sartaj Aziz, Foreign Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and H.E. Salahuddin Rabbani, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
